Different Style Options

When it comes to a big purchase such as a piano, you will find that it can be difficult to find a style of piano that will work for everyone and you may find that somebody is looking for something a little different than somebody else. Luckily, this piano works to solve that issues because it is available in six different styles. While each piano is going to pack the same features and specifications into them, you will be delighted to know that you have the freedom and ability to choose whichever style you think is going to work best in your home and for your personal preference.

Color Options

Since everybody likes to have their own preference when it comes to the color of the piano, you like to find one that gives you the option of choosing between a variety of different colors and this piano does just that for you. When you make your purchase, no matter what style you choose, you will have the option of choosing between a Dark Rosewood, a Black Walnut or a Satin White. No matter what color might work best with your room, you will be able to find a perfect fit with this particular piano.

Sound Quality

Using the Pure CF Sound Engine which is the result of years and years of history and expertise combined with state-of-the-art technology, Yamaha is able to bring sound unlike anything you may have heard so far. They are the industry leader when it comes to digital pianos  and you can clearly hear the difference when you listen to a piano that uses the Pure CF Sound Engine. The sound on this piano is reproduced in a manner that provides you with incredible expressiveness and dynamics so that you get an incredible sound worthy of only the Yamaha brand.

Playability and Feel

One of the biggest problems with digital pianos is that a lot of people don’t feel as if they do a really good job at feeling like an acoustic piano because there are no physical hammers working. However, the Graded Hammer Standard on this piano provides you with a heavier touch on the low end and a lighter touch on the high end, just like you would get from a regular acoustic piano. This is a great feature for any pianist just starting out because it can help to teach the proper technique when playing on an acoustic piano. Lastly, the matter finish on the black keys helps to ensure that they are not slippery and will be comfortable for you to play over a long period of time if necessary.

Realistic Pedal Performance

With a half-damper pedal control system, you are going to get much more detail when you are playing and you will find it is somewhat comparable to the experience you have when using a grand piano. Thanks to this feature, you can continuously increase the length of the sustained notes thanks to the sustain pedal. The Stereo Sustain helps to ensure you get mellow reverberations when the player keeps that pedal depressed. As a result, you get much more realistic sound and it will be pretty comparable to what you will hear on an acoustic piano of the same type.

iOS Compatibility

In the day and age of technology, it’s no surprise that it can be incredibly important to make sure the piano you buy is compatible with your smartphone and that is exactly what you are going to get when it comes to this particular piano. Using a USB cable, you will be able to connect you piano to a computer or mobile device. All of your iOS (Apple) enabled devices will be able to connect with an adapter or through wireless technology so that you can enjoy an entire interactive interface at all times. The iOS touch screen ensures that you have full control over your piano and it will allow you to adjust your settings, choose voices and even record your performances right onto your iPhone or iPad.

Preloaded Songs

When you buy most pianos, you will find that they come preloaded with some songs for you to listen to and play along to. However, this piano takes it even further by providing you with 50 songs to listen to on your piano! Whether you want to just listen to them or you want to learn from them, you will be able to hear them! There’s also a book that comes along with it so that you can easily learn 50 of the greatest songs for the piano by listening to the music and following along in the book.

Recording Function

If you have a great piano and the ability to play great songs on it, wouldn’t you love to have the opportunity to record what you are playing and share it with anyone you know? With this piano, that is a possibility thanks to the recording function that is built into the instrument and allows the player to record their performance with just a single touch, so you never have to worry about how hard it might be to start a recording of a song.

Additionally, you will find that you can record up to two tracks at a time and play them simultaneously. The benefit of this is that it allows you to record each hand separately so that you can listen to them and figure out where you need to make improvements and what you can do differently.

Headphone Experience

Thanks to the Stereophonic Optimizer that is unique to Yamaha, you will find that when you play and listen to an instrument through your headphone, the piano will adjust the spacing of the sound and separation from the piano so that you get a surround sound quality experience when listening. The end result is incredibly sound that will encourage you to keep playing and improving as much as you can. Thanks to the private listening experience that only you can hear, you’ll find that it is much easier for you to enjoy a natural and realistic piano experience with a digital piano.
